JBM’s website is an essential support component, having been specifically designed for this purpose. As well as using the most modern techniques to target and appeal to our key target audience in the 18 to 30 age group, the website content provides potential applicants with a wealth of information about careers at sea and how to apply for an Officer Cadetship.

JBM’s website can be further supported by our clients with information about Officer Cadetships being included on their own company websites, and with a direct application link to us for processing, screening of applicants and calling for interview, if appropriate.
